A Marketing Researcher will analyse sales and information and run consumer tests and trials to ensure NPD is focused on what the consumer wants with the Cosmetic and Beauty product purchases. They will monitor and research global trends and

Assistant / Junior / Senior / Manager / Director

An Assistant, Junior or Senior NPD executive will source new innovative ingredients, packaging or products to add to the range. They look at competitors and do trend analysis and come up with innovative ideas, then project manage concept to shelf for Cosmetic, Beauty, hair, skin, sun or fragrance products. Candidates for this role are generally expected to have 6 GCSEs minimum, ideally A levels, and a marketing degree.

PRODUCT MANAGER | £35,000 – £180,000

Junior / Senior / Manager / Director

Product Managers are responsible for planning and developing the marketing strategy for a single Cosmetic product or group of Cosmetic products. They work with various company departments, including product development, market research, sales, advertising, and public relations and typically report to a marketing manager or marketing director. Candidates for this role are generally expected to have 5 GCSEs minimum, ideally A levels, and a marketing degree.

PUBLIC RELATIONS | £22,000 – £80,000
